Chinese 151: Journey, Hope, Surprise and Gathering
China released its version of the 151 set in four volumes during 2025: Journey, Hope, Surprise and Gathering. Each volume carries one Pikachu art rare by the artist Oswaldo KATO, numbered 170 to 173, and none of the four was printed in English or Japanese. A collector who wants all four has to open all four volumes, which keeps every volume selling.

- Vol.3 Surprise: Pikachu 172/151, with Gengar behind Pikachu. The most valuable of the four.
- Vol.4 Gathering: Pikachu 173/151, the last of the set.

Stocking 151
Volumes come in jumbo booster boxes (6 packs of 20 cards) and slim booster boxes (15 packs of 5 cards), sold by the sealed case. Jumbo packs suit headline openings on stream; slim packs suit pack-by-pack sales. See jumbo vs slim booster boxes for the full comparison. Because the £2,000 minimum can mix any lines, a first order can cover several volumes.
All 151 product we supply is Simplified Chinese, printed for mainland China. Traditional Chinese 151 product, made for Taiwan and Hong Kong, does not contain the KATO Pikachu.
